In the company of Artangels
Article Abstract:
Artangel is a charitable trust that is dedicated to organising arts projects without putting to many constraints on what is envisioned by the artist. The directors, who both work in other areas of the arts, see Artangel as creating new concepts especially in relation to buildings which are seen as part of the art work. Finance to pay for the projects, which can involve up to 30 people, is found from contributions from charities and sponsorship.
