Dassault reports flat profit, lower margins

Infogrames CEO vows to resign if holders don't approve plan

Infogrames Entertainment S.A., Europe's largest video game company, is planning a stock issuance in order to raise much-needed cash to help it repay a $158 million convertible bond coming due in July 2005. S hareholders are scheduled to vote on the refinancing plan January 19th. The company's chief executive officer, Bruno Bonnell, has stated that he will resign if shareholders reject the plan.
