Martin Yan, host of the television cooking program "Yan Can Cook," has been employed by the Tennessee-based Ruby Tuesday chain of restaurants to promote Hong Kong cuisine to the US market. Yan, a nutritionist by profession, has been hosting the television program for 20 years, earning a large international following.
