John Brunton one step ahead
Article Abstract:
John Brunton, an architectural practice covering seven offices, has managed to survive the recession by moving away from its traditional industrial and commercial office work and into new areas such as education, transport and public sector housing. It has allowed profit to fall rather than cutting its workforce, and now wishes to keep the basis of its operations as wide as possible. It is looking at moving into Europe, keeping design as its core business, and has already established a European Economic Interest Group in Paris, France.
