How to answer the three voices of John Warne
Article Abstract:
The Warne report, 'Review of the Architects (Registration) Acts 1931-1969' recommends that the title architect no longer be protected by law. The Warne report combines the sometimes contradictory ideas of the free market, professional self regulation and egalitarianism but it will change little. The unique features of the architect's role are the ability to design and the championship of the consumer. These will continue irrespective of legislation.
