More than bits and bytes: How the newly minted Allstream used direct marketing tactics to build customersE emotional attachment to the brand

Allstream, a communications solution provider was launched as a brand, using personalized direct marketing strategies. This has resulted in building a strong customer base, wherein the customers have an emotional attachment with the brand. With a fully developed CRM system, phase two of the launch campaign was carried through multi-media, establishing the brand as a provider of more than just bits and bytes.
