LSE shareholders seek retention of stake limit

A group of London Stock Exchange (LSE) stockholders is calling on its members to vote for the retention of a vital provision that would prevent OM Gruppen AB's hostile takeover bid of the exchange. The group represents approximately one-third of LSE's stockholders.
