TATA-ELXSI BENTLY IN DEAL FOR PLANT ENGG SOLUTIONS
Article Abstract:
Tata-Elxsi, a leading software development company, has entered into alliance with Bently Inc (BI) to introduce plant engineering solutions in the Indian market. BI's arm, Jacobus Technology Inc, has developed PlantSpace, an engineering solution package that can be used by the chemical industry. It comes in three modules to suit the needs at different stages of building a factory. Bently India has already sold 1,500 registered licenses for PlantSpace in India. (gs)

REI plans to offer an electronic commerce Internet site for non resident Indians, Thais and Philippinos by launching separate web pages for Delhi (DelhiToday.com), Mumbai (MumbaiToday.com), Bangkok and Manila.
