Calling Poland and Taiwan

Pres Clinton can prove that regional trade treaties, such as the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), form the basis for global trade liberalization by allowing Poland and Taiwan to join NAFTA. Regional agreements that are closed to new members harm world trade.
