Making the switch
Article Abstract:
Power supplied through nationalized grid services large number of people causing fluctuations due to differences in demands, generating variable frequencies in the supply. Hence, in order to make the supply better and save energy at the same time, Joe Short manufactured a switch, which alters the timing of electricity consumption of the appliances and corrects the imbalance in the power grid.
