Managing deep restructuring: Danish experiences in eastern Germany
Article Abstract:
The restructuring in post-socialist economies is examined, using case evidence from Danish investors in east Germany, where there is a need to provide more than crucial networks and integrate firms into global production networks. They need to be involved in the process of organization change within the enterprise, but this is often hampered by compatibility problems. An evolutionary approach to organizational change is needed to help the process of organizational integration.

A meta-analysis of the relationship between market orientation and business performance: Evidence form five continents
Article Abstract:
A meta-analysis was conducted on the market orientation, which has emerged as a significant antecedent of performance, to investigate the impact of the predictor. The findings suggest that the relationship between market orientation and business performance is positive and consistent worldwide and one of the unique contributions of the research is a sample that includes studies conducted in 23 countries spanning worldwide.

The relationship between a firmEs reputation and financial performance is studied on a Danish data. The policy implication of the findings is that the relation between reputation and performance is not as straightforward as argued in the literature.
