The numbers game
Article Abstract:
The number of Asian tourists visiting destinations in Asia is increasing. Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan are three of the main sources of Asian travellers, and China's total is also significant. Asians travel either for tourist pursuits alone, or they combine a few days' family leisure with a business trip. They visit both cities and coastal areas, and provide an important boost to tourism in countries including the Philippines and Vietnam.
