Mexico, ho! Californian jobs
Article Abstract:
California's employment decline has been caused by many factors, including defense cutbacks, a nationwide recession, and an unfavorable tax structure. A survey of 708 firms that expanded out-of-state between 1987-92 shows that more than 100,000 jobs left California during the period.
