Murdered regulator in Russia made plenty of enemies
Article Abstract:
Banking regulator Andrei Kozlov of Russia was assassinated outside of a sports stadium after playing soccer. Mr. Kozlov was spearheading a campaign to clean up money laundering by quasi-legal banks in Russia. The assassination is a setback for the fight against corruption in the economics of Russia.
