It has a capacity to produce 65,000 tpa of ethylene, 35,000 tpa of propylene, 17,000 tpa of benzene and 10,000 tpa of butadiene. It buys 20,000-22,000 tpa of ethylene from IPCL. It produces 20,000 tpa of ethylene glycol, 7,000 tpa of PVC and 50,000 tpa of HDPE. It needs Rs46 billion for setting up a petrochemical complex with a capacity of 3.2 lakh tpa.
