Due to the European UnionEs ban on driftnet fishermen so as to save the dolphins, three fishermen in the Groisard family shifted to purse seining. The contract to build 3 purse seiners at the cost of $2.60 million dollars each was given to Ocea of France. The delivery is going to be within a month of eachEs delivery. The detailing, design and the contract details are presented.
