Article Abstract:
While production, sales, and profits continue to increase for the car industry in China, companies that had hoped to offer financing of automobiles have continued to be stymied in their efforts to break into the Chinese market. Beijing has yet to allow these companies to do business there, in direct contradiction to WTO mandates. This article also provides car production and sales in China.

India plugs the gaps
Article Abstract:
India has revised its bank laws that allow banks to more aggressively deal with dead-beat loans. Previously, seizing property belonging to companies and individuals responsible for bad loans could take upwards of 20 years. This policy change could greatly help the country's economics and economic standing.
