No way to treat an energy rating
Article Abstract:
A standard energy rating system will be introduced with the adoption of part L of the Building Regulations on July 1, 1995. The Standard Assessment Procedure ratings will be required for all new dwellings. The system is based on the annual cost of domestic hot water and space heating per square metre. However, it does not take into account differences in costs between houses.
