Mary Walsh's involvement with Oxfam Canada is discussed. The organization focuses on social justice work and educating people regarding issues in Newfoundland. Walsh has been involved with the organization since the 90s. Her first effort for Oxfam was a TV ad with Cathy Jones. Her subsequent activities include her travel to Ethiopia to meet with Oxfam's agency partners.

More than 70 percent of advertising and marketing executives think that Generation Y workers have a stronger sense of entitlement than older workers and are more demanding in terms of career advancement. Generation Y workers are less willing to work put in the time at work but want to do the grunt work very fast to prove to managers how much they can do.
