Article Abstract:
Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe's demolition of township areas that has left thousands homeless are being criticized as part of an authoritarian rule. The adjudication process has become somewhat mired
Article Abstract:
The enforcement of adjudications in dispute resolution landscape is disputed by parties, rather than use it to settle a dispute to enable the project to proceed. Architects' involvement has changed to an extent that negotiation of adjudication provisions is possible to make them favorable to the architect, financially and in the assessment of the architect's performance.
