Peeler could end Morocco shrimp run

A new peeler for tough-shelled brown shrimps is being developed by KM Fish Machinery A/S of Denmark, which could reduce the cost of transporting the shrimps to Morocco for peeling. The peeling machine, which can effectively separate the flesh from the tails, is in developing stage and is expected to handle 300 to 400 kg. s hrimp per hour.
