The $100.2 mil compensation package for Wendelin Wiedeking, chief executive officer for Porsche AG, is fueling debate over the wage gap between executives and ordinary employees. While a Porsche spokesperson states that the formula for calculating Wiedeking's compensation has not changed but does include incentives, German president Horst Kohler noted that the public believes that "something is wrong" with such high levels of pay.
