ChinaEs Communist Party is pushing for expansion of legal protection for private property; the reasons and strategies behind this much-debated decision are explored. The immediate and indirect consequences of such a step for the people of China and the grounds on which opponents argue against this plan are discussed.

Fallen heroine

After being expelled from China for being convicted of spying for Taiwan, Gao Zhan has entered United States as a heroine. Now in the United States this victim-turned-heroine is again caught for selling outlawed U.S. microprocessors to China. The case details are presented.
