Reading, writing and enrichment
Article Abstract:
The private sector has become involved in the US public school system and is bringing benefits. Education appears to be following trends similar to those seen in health care, where private sector provision has become more important. Private companies account for 13% of the US education market, and this could rise to 25% in the 20 years from 1999, according to International Data Corporation. Private schools are not easy to acquire, but companies are focusing on services such as training, coaching, testing, and the pre-school market.
