Repco stock gets a backer
Article Abstract:
Stockbroker Teoh Kok Lin of HSBC James Capell (Malaysia) recommends the purchase of stocks of timber and gaming company Repco Holdings, which he evaluates as potential earner. His pronouncement is based on a joint venture agreement between Repco and Aokam Perdana on the supply and marketing of timber. Both Repco and Aokam gained bad reputation in the Malaysian stock market circle, with Repco accused of 'ramping' or manipulating its stock price increases and Aokam for the rapid rise and abrupt dive of its stock prices in the Malaysian stock exchange.
