Required human resources competencies in the future: a framework for developing HR executives in Hong Kong
Article Abstract:
The significance of human resource management in creating and maintaining competitive business is discussed. Human resource (HR) managers in Hong Kong are not able to play a significant role in the development of company strategies due to a lack in adequate human resource management training. The findings of a survey conducted on HR executive and chief executive officers is presented in detail.
