Russia's Teorema to test waters with London IPO

Russian property development firm Teorema Holding has announced plans to launch an initial public offering in London to raise $500 mil, which would make it the third biggest Russian real estate listing on the London Stock exchange this year. Last week's listing for Russian construction firm LSR Group netted the firm $772 mil, although LSR had originally sought up to $1.5 bil.
