SAP's U.S. president is latest to resign

SAP AG announced that Jeremy Coote, the president of its US unit, has tendered his resignation. The move is the latest high-level departure to take place at the company. Mr. Coote will be joining the staff of Siebel Systems Inc. He was with SAP for over 10 years. Kevin McKay, SAP's current CEO in the US, will take over his post. SAP has seen several of its senior executives depart from the firm to join rival companies.
