Odyssey Video Communications Ltd (OVCL), a loss making company, plans to enter Internet advertising. The move is a part of its strategy to make itself profitable. Currently, OVCL has an accumulated loss of Rs2.31 crore. OVCL has signed a pact with an information technology company of Chennai for technical inputs in the areas of information technology. It will be providing 100 percent integrated in-house website design, creation, management, net application and fulfillment services. (ag)

The new entity will provide a range of PR services, including image management consultancy, media relations, community and investor relation, to all the clients of Ambience on an exclusive basis. The business arrangement is a revenue sharing deal, with Clea taking the bigger portion as it will be looking after staff and costs. (khr)
