Science's first lady
Article Abstract:
Children can benefit from having lots of time to dream and think, according to Royal Institution of Great Britain Director Susan Greenfield, a neuroscientist who is also professor of pharmacology and fellow of Lincoln College, Oxford, England. She is pleased that her parents were not well off and she was therefore not constantly entertained and had time to play in her own world. She welcomes the fact that she has had contact with inspiring people throughout her career, and feels that everybody should have the opportunity to find their own limits in life.
