Seagull Pewter of Pugwash, Nova Scotia, the biggest giftware firm in Canada, is hoping that its new professional team of managers and marketing executives will be able to lead the comapny into renewed profitability. The company, founded by John Caraberis and Bonni Bond in 1978, was able to emerge into a dominant position in the industry. However, stagnant sales in the past few years have convinced Bond and Caraberis that new leadership and marketing strategy is needed at Seagull Pewter.
