Severoceske Doly invests

Article Abstract:

Severoceske doly (SD) (Chomutov, Czech Republic), brown coal mining company, will invest CEK 900 mil in a new large-scale mining machine by 2002. The machine will be intended for the mining of overburden. The installation of the equipment should be completed by the end of Mar 2002. The contract on the supply has been awarded to Vitkovice-Prodeco (Teplice, Czech Republic), which has been co-operating with SD for long.

Foras Holding invests in the Czech Republic

Article Abstract:

Foras Holding (Denmark), investment company, will buy two shopping centres that are being built in the Czech Republic. One of them, which should be commissioned in the summer of 2000, is being built by Steen and Stroem (Norway) in Ostrava. The other centre, which should be commissioned in November 2000, is being built by TK Development (Denmark) in Hradec Kralove.
