Sharing of data on air travelers is called illegal
Article Abstract:
An agreement to give information on airline passengers from the European Union headed to the United States, to the United States Customs authorities has been found by an European Union court adviser to be illegal. The agreement was enacted as an antiterrorism measure on the part of the United States however, it would have to be suspended if the European Court of Justice agrees it is illegal.
