According to some time-share experts, developing hotels, resorts and golf courses in Asia is a worthwhile investment if proper marketing strategies are observed. It is also necessary to implement regulations for the time-sharing industry, as what have been done in Malaysia and Australia, to prevent fraudulent practices.

City tour through Shenzhen offers few attractions, even less pleasure
Article Abstract:
A tourist describes her visit to Shenzhen, China. The place has a dubious reputation as a tourist spot because of the combination of bizarre forays into mainland China's culture. One city tour consisted of visits to a theme park, a kindergarten, a local market and an ancient battery. Upon leaving Shenzhen, the tourist is filled with mixed views on the city's merits. It did not offer lots of fun but it was fascinating in an Orwellian sort of way.
