Royal Dutch-Shell Group of Cos.' Chief Financial Officer Frank Coopman has turned down an offer for an unspecified position at the company, but no reasons for the offer or its refusal have been given as of yet. This is the first management shift evident since the board ousted Walter van de Vijver, former upstream division head, and Chairman Philip Watts.
