Shock in Cambodia - nobody killed
Article Abstract:
Cambodian elections took place in the last week of May 1993 without any violent attacks on voters. Some leaders of the Khmer Rouge had threatened attacks, but did not follow through. Observers speculate that the Khmer Rouge may hope for a role in the new government.
