Wrigley Canada and the National Basketball Assn (NBA) have entered into a one-year sponsorship agreement. The deal makes Juicy Fruit the official gum of the NBA in Canada. Also, Juicy Fruit becomes a national sponsor of the NBA's summertime Hoop-It-Up three-on-three basketball tournament and the league's Dribble and Drive Challenge. As part of the agreement, Wrigley will advertise in NBA programming in the country. Juicy Fruit's presence at events at the grassroots level will include on-site signage, sampling opportunities and sponsorship of the Juicy Fruit Passing Challenge.
