Show that warrants serious thought
Article Abstract:
The RIBA Architecture Centre in London, England, is staging an exhibition entitled 'The Displaced Grid.' This covers the work of 13 architects from the Contemporary Art Collection of the Centre Region of Orleans, France. Some of the works are of international significance, including Madelon Vriesondorp's paintings which illustrated Rem Koolhaas's 'Delirious New York.' Others are by architects who have yet to achieve international recognition. The overall layout of the exhibition is logical, but there seems to be a lack of rationale to the selection.

Article Abstract:
The RIBA exhibition, 2001: An Architectural Odyssey, is in many ways unconvincing and pointless. There are 12 projects grouped under five headings such as 'Space in the City' and 'Living futures, Living pasts'.
