Siemens reputation is under fire amid bribery trial

German authorities have brought two former executives of Siemens AG of Germany to court for alleged bribery in an ongoing investigation. The criminal case involves the power-generation-unit and the securing of gas turbine deals using 6 million Euros (about $7.9 million) in bribes. A larger case looms with several employees of the telecommunications unit involving 420 million Euros in questionable transactions.
