Small and slow is motto of investors in Vietnam
Article Abstract:
The lure of profits has attracted a substantial number of foreigners to Vietnam's emerging economy. However, experts agree that going small and slow is the most prudent strategy for investors seeking to do business in Vietnam. In addition to cultural differences, foreign businessmen will have to deal with problems such as varying accounting standards, dubious financial statistics and inconsistent government bureaucracies. There are also concerns about legal protection, currency risk and exit strategies.
