Soy drinks go big time
Article Abstract:
The non-Asian market for soy beverages in Canada is growing and lists Sunrise Soya Foods of Vancouver, Canada, as the top seller. However, Sunrise Soya Foods market share also decreased as four rivals were launched and targeted a mainstream clientele. The four brands are Sensational Soy from Beatrice Foods of Toronto, Canada, So Good from Soya World Inc. for Vancouver, Canada, Soy Delight of Neilson Dairy of Georgetown, Ontario, and So Nice from International Prosoya Corp. of Surrey, BC. Soy beverages, initially considered a milk-alternative to lactose-intolerant consumers, are now available in ice cream flavors such as chocolate and vanilla.
