Strong euro stirs fresh jitters: European group calls for dialogue over currencies

The Group of Seven leading nations is expected to address currency issues at its meeting Oct. 20-21, 2007. The strenth of the euro against the the Japanese yen, the Chinese yuan, and the US dollar has created euro exchange rate concerns, and prompted calls for these countries to re-evaluate their currencies.
