A British sugar company Tate and Lyle is taking full advantage of its location to rake in the profits from its factory in Vietnam, this is times of dismal profits for other players in the sector. The company, which came to Vietnam in the mid-1990s, was encouraged by the government to produce sugar for domestic consumption which would help the country shed its dependence on China and Cuba.
