TPSA finds some static with its IPO
Article Abstract:
Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (TPSA), a telecommunications company in Poland, has its managers and initial public offering syndicate traveling across Europe and the US to promote its shares. The offering will be closed on Nov. 6, 1998, and priced on Nov. 7, 1998. TPSA shares are being sold at prices varying from $4 and $5.40 each. The government of Poland wants to employ the offering to transcend the limited pool of Central European and emerging-market funds that have had a key role in its capital markets. In the offering, Poland is supplying 10% to international investors and another 5% to domestic investors.

After four years in the rear, Boeing is set to jet past Airbus
Article Abstract:
Boeing Co. of the United States is back on track to increase commercial jet orders after four years behind Airbus S.A.S.
