Taiwanese construction materials companies are expected to gain from the expected boom in construction materials requirements of the country brought about by typhoon Winnie. Hocheng Corp, Tung Ho Steel and Yungtay Engineering are expected to recover from the recent drops in share prices. Hung Poo Construction Corp shares meanwhile, are expected to drop further as government scrutiny regarding the safety of its projects may prompt investors to sell shares.
