Tales of the unexpected
Article Abstract:
Many UK companies fail to realise that an unexpected crisis, especially if it affects one of their key executives, could have a severe impact on their business. For some companies, it can be impossible to fully recover from such a blow. Even less high-profile problems, such as executive stress, can prevent a company from performing as well as it could do. Companies also need to consider the possible negative impact of conflict between various employees, and may wish to use the services of a business consultancy.
