Article Abstract:
RIBA presidential candidates delivered their manifestos recently at Portland Place. Marco Goldschmied of Richard Rogers Partnership is standing as he believes more in architecture than in the RIBA, and he feels that the RIBA should be less defensive with the media. John Wright wants a new structure at the RIBA, enabling the membership to be heard, and Colin James wants to see widespread changes.
