Rush Limbaugh, the acerbic, arch-conservative radio talk show host, and Tabitha Soren, MTV program host, are each playing a part in the 1992 presidential election. Millions listen to Limbaugh avidly support Pres Bush, while Bill Clinton's campaign received a big boost when he appeared on Soren's program.
