German Pfandbrief reports that 1997 poses a positive outlook as the high quality and the quantity of its bonds are just what investors are seeking. The bond has an outstanding of more than DM 1.4 trillion with Jumbo Pfandbrief expected to surpass the DM 150 trillion mark. The market share of the bond is currently pegged at 36% and is gaining acceptance both in domestic and international markets.
