The influence of internal communities of practice on customer perceived value in professional service relationships
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to determine how different work groups in organizations influence perceived customer value. A relationship management perspective is used, and studies on relationship marketing, organization research, and knowledge management were used as a theoretical basis. Results show that internal knowledge transfer in professional service organizations serves as a prerequisite for value creation in collaborative relationships.
